How to order?
For space-saving items, you can place an order directly online by selecting Mondial Relay delivery at the time of payment. For large items, you can also place an order online and select collection from the depot or local delivery if you are located near Rouen. For other deliveries, you must contact us to obtain a quote and therefore cannot validate your basket directly on the website.
Payments can be made online by credit card or via PayPal.
How to recover your purchases?
For items that allow it, shipments are made via Mondial Relay (to be checked during the payment on the website). For bulky items, there are several possibilities. Are you located near Rouen? You can select, at the stage of payment on the website, the collection at the depot by your care (by appointment) or local delivery (valid for Rouen and its agglomeration).
Are you located in another city? You must contact us for a quote. We work with several transport companies specializing in the transport of furniture or old objects. In this case, you cannot validate your order online.
Is it possible to visit the showroom?
Our warehouse is located in Perruel (27910), near Vascœuil. Another pick-up point is available in Mesnil-Esnard (76240). Just let us know your preference before picking up your purchase. Please note that you must make an appointment before coming to the depot. Would you like to come and see a piece of furniture up close? This is also possible, just contact us.
